He as also performed more than 10,000 nose and sinus surgeries over a 25-year career in otolaryngology. Dr Sohn did his residency at SUNY Downstate in New York, where he was voted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society, and was named the Outstanding Resident. Our physicians excel the medical or surgical treatment of sinusitis, and perform state-of-the art balloon sinuplasty, which is an in-office procedure, under local anesthesia, that take about 30 minutes and clears 90% of chronic sinusitis symptoms.
